Resource - Artwork Submission Guidelines
We intend to provide you with the best quality product. You can help us in that effort by providing us with the proper digital files. Please use the following guidelines as a reference for submitting necessary artwork for production.

01 | ARTWORK
When submitting raster art (this is usually a JPEG, TIFF, PNG or PSD.) Please make sure that the image or JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD is at the highest possible resolution. RAW, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD format files are preferred. Files that are submitted at 1:1 (100%) resolution can not have a resolution lower than 150dpi. Files that are submitted at 2:1 (50%) resolution can not have a resolution lower than 300dpi.*
Acceptable files for photo artwork:
(banners, postcards, business cards, etc.) JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD.

02 | GRAPHIC DESIGN
When submitting a graphic design (Ai, PDF, or EPS), please make sure the files are a vector. When the artwork contains fonts or photos, please make sure they are outlined or expanded and embedded. If it is not possible to submit the font or pictures outlined or expanded and embedded additional costs could occur, as well as images could be missing from the design. We have found that GIF, BMP, Word or database files are too small in size and will not produce the quality desired.
Acceptable file for Graphic Design:
(logos, product, signage, banners, etc.) Adobe Ai, PDF, or EPS.
*The quality of the final product is dependent upon the quality of the image. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure that the image is of high quality.
**Please remember that if you have any question, please call your account manager for expectations and clarity.
